Head of Equities Product Control

The Company is seeking a Head of Equities Product Control to oversee product control for a complex and expanding equities business. Responsibilities include managing daily profit-and-loss and balance-sheet reporting, analyzing trading performance and financial resource usage, and reviewing new products and transactions. The role will oversee profit recognition, reserves, capital and balance-sheet impacts, and compliance with control and governance requirements. It will also involve partnering with trading, risk, operations, and technology teams, improving processes and controls, contributing to cross-functional initiatives, and leading a geographically distributed team. Candidates should have substantial product control experience and a deep understanding of equity products, along with a record of engaging senior stakeholders and managing teams across locations. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are required, including the ability to explain complex financial information and balance urgent work with longer-term projects. Experience enhancing finance controls and processes is important, as is a commitment to inclusive team practices and risk awareness. A recognized accounting qualification or equivalent is required.
