Interim Head of FP&A

The Company is seeking an Interim Head of FP&A to strengthen its financial planning and analysis function during a period of growth and change. The role will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, while developing financial models for revenue, profitability, cash flow, and commercial drivers. Responsibilities include improving KPI reporting, explaining performance and variances, and delivering analysis to inform strategic decisions. The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership, support board and investor reporting, and enhance FP&A processes and reporting. Candidates should bring significant FP&A leadership experience in payments, fintech, or broader financial services, ideally in a high-growth, private-equity-backed, or change-focused environment. Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and commercial analysis skills are required. The role calls for a hands-on, commercially minded leader who can work at both strategic and detailed levels, challenge assumptions, and identify risks and opportunities.
