Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its finance team and provide strategic financial leadership. The role covers financial planning, business partnering, reporting, governance, and financial control, ensuring leaders have timely, useful information for decision-making. Responsibilities include supporting a rolling five-year business plan, leading annual budgeting and forecasting, and partnering with departmental leaders on management and board reporting. The Head of Finance will also drive automation, improve reporting and data quality, and lead financial modelling and appraisals for business cases, investments, and new initiatives. Candidates should hold a professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA and have significant finance leadership experience, including leading a finance function in a diverse organization. Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and audit management is required, along with proven business partnering skills and the ability to influence strategic decisions. Applicants should bring advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities, experience developing high-performing teams, and excellent communication skills for explaining complex financial information to non-finance audiences.
