Head of Operations, Hospitality Group

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to oversee its hospitality portfolio and support a period of significant expansion. The role combines strategic development with day-to-day operational leadership, including driving performance, maintaining service and operating standards, and supporting new site openings. The successful candidate will develop teams, manage Area Managers, and help shape the organization’s next phase of growth. They will bring a hands-on, commercially focused approach and thrive in an entrepreneurial, branded environment. Candidates should have senior operations experience, such as Head of Operations or Operations or Area Director, within a quality branded business. They should be able to balance strategic leadership with operational excellence and demonstrate experience developing teams and managing Area Managers. A track record of driving growth and standards is essential, while experience with new openings and expansion is highly desirable.
