Non-Executive Director (Board-level role)

The Company is seeking two Independent Non-Executive Directors to provide independent judgement, sector insight, and commercial and governance expertise. Directors will support and constructively challenge the senior management team, strengthen governance, contribute to the organization’s development, and represent its work externally. They will help build an effective Board culture grounded in trust, openness, and shared purpose, while contributing to the organization’s profile and influence. Candidates should bring senior leadership or board-level experience, along with a strong understanding of innovation or technology-enabled sectors and their relevance to the urban environment. Experience supporting organizational growth or business development is also sought.
