The Company is in search of a Vice President Corporate Trust Senior Transaction Manager to join their EMEA Transaction Management Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and managing highly complex specialized debt capital market transactions from initiation to closing. This role involves being a key liaison with outside counsel, leading the negotiation of transaction terms, and ensuring that all operational and documentation standards are met to mitigate risk. The role also requires the individual to be a subject matter expert and country specialist, keeping the business informed of market data, competitor information, and new regulations.
