Vice President, FP&A Greater London, United Kingdom Area

The Company is seeking an FP&A Vice President to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, leading key FP&A processes and maintaining robust forecasting outputs. This role is pivotal in supporting the annual budget, business plan updates, and regular forecasting cycles, as well as providing essential financial insight for senior management and the Board. The VP will also be responsible for stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and will play a key role in finance transformation initiatives. Applicants must be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with a strong background in FP&A, financial reporting, or a related finance role. Essential skills include strong financial modeling, analytical abilities, and experience in producing financial outputs for senior stakeholders. A proactive approach to process improvement and a collaborative working style are also key attributes. Desirable qualifications include experience in alternative asset management or financial services, and exposure to forecasting and reporting tools. The role requires a clear and confident communicator, with a curious and analytical mindset, who is well-organized and can manage competing priorities effectively.
