The Company is seeking a Senior Associate/VP for its Greentech Industrials and Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be involved in a mix of execution and client coverage activities, including financial analysis, due diligence, process management, deal origination support, and client deal team interaction. This role requires the ability to coordinate and work with various product, geography, and industry teams, and offers the opportunity to engage in a range of transaction types such as sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A, debt and equity raising, and leveraged buyouts.
