Vice President, Leveraged & Acquisition Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Leveraged and Acquisition Finance (LAF) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, underwriting, and syndicating event-driven and flow financing solutions for corporate and financial sponsor clients. This role is pivotal in the structuring and delivery of well-governed financings, with a focus on acquisitions, refinancings, and recapitalizations across various capital markets and bank funding structures. The Vice President will work closely with a Managing Director or Director on transactions, manage a team of Analysts and Associates, and ensure that all activities align with the company's purpose, values, and risk standards. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a strong background in Leveraged Finance, with the ability to demonstrate the relevant technical knowledge and experience. The role requires expertise in structuring debt financing across capital markets and bank funding solutions, including High Yield bonds and Institutional Term Loan B. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in originating and evaluating new business opportunities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities. A firm understanding of the Risk and Control and Regulatory governance of Corporate and Investment Banking is essential.
