Vice President, Prime Services Operations Lead Greater London, United Kingdom Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Prime Services Operations Lead to oversee operational support for borrowing and lending activities, including trade settlement, collateral management, reconciliations, billing, and corporate actions. The role leads regional and global teams, translates business priorities into execution plans, monitors performance and risk indicators, and provides senior leaders with updates on operational health and improvement needs. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate transaction processing, strong controls, regulatory compliance, and effective risk mitigation. The successful candidate will partner with business, risk, finance, treasury, technology, and external stakeholders while driving operational readiness, process improvements, and strategic transformation initiatives. Candidates should have 8–10 or more years of financial services operations experience, particularly in Prime Services and principal trading, and a strong understanding of trade lifecycles, settlement, collateral, corporate actions, and related processes. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred. The role requires leadership and team-management capabilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong risk awareness. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, process improvement, and project management skills are also important.
