Vice President, Dealing Platforms Greater Luxembourg Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Dealing Platforms to oversee day-to-day dealing operations and ensure the accurate, timely execution, verification, and settlement of investment transactions across funds and asset classes. The role leads and develops the dealing team, manages operational risks and controls, and ensures compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external service providers, resolving complex operational issues, managing vendor and audit relationships, and ensuring appropriate staffing and technology resources. The Vice President will also set operational objectives, contribute to senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement and service quality. Candidates should typically have 10–12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5–7 years in a management role. Strong knowledge of transfer agency operations is required, complemented by an understanding of fund accounting, custody, and fund-industry regulation. The role calls for excellent organizational, planning, communication, and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. Fluency in written and spoken English is required; additional European languages are an advantage.
