Head of FP&A

The Company is seeking a Head of FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis. Responsibilities include managing annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and strategic plans; analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions; and designing and overseeing the financial planning model. The role also covers financial statements, dashboards and KPIs, management reporting, investment and acquisition business cases, and monitoring margins, costs, and EBITDA. The successful candidate will contribute to financial transformation and process improvement, support the integration of acquired businesses, and provide reporting to senior stakeholders. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate finance qualification is preferred. A minimum of 8–10 years of FP&A or management control experience is required, with finance team leadership and private-equity-backed business experience considered advantages. Strong analytical, business, communication, and influencing skills are essential, along with experience preparing complex budgets and forecasts. Advanced Excel and business intelligence skills, familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems, and advanced English proficiency are also required.
