Head of Project Management

The Company is seeking a Head of Project Management to lead the planning, execution, and governance of an international portfolio of renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include setting departmental objectives, leading and developing project coordination teams, allocating resources, and improving operational processes. The role oversees project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, and key lifecycle milestones, while establishing consistent project management methods, governance, reporting, and performance measures. It also coordinates cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, provides executive portfolio updates, and ensures projects meet financial, regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline and have more than 10 years of renewable energy project management experience, including leadership of project management or coordination teams. Strong knowledge of the full project lifecycle—from development and permitting through construction and commissioning—is required. Applicants should also bring experience implementing PMO methods, governance frameworks, and portfolio management, along with strong leadership, strategic judgment, and a results-oriented approach. Advanced English and bilingual Spanish are required.
