Vice President, Valuation Services Greater Madrid, Spain Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Valuation Services to lead and perform valuations for financial reporting, tax, and management planning. Responsibilities include researching capital markets, industries, competitors, and target companies; developing tailored analytical tools; and conducting and supervising valuations using discounted cash flow, market multiples, option pricing, and intangible asset methodologies. The role also involves assessing cost of capital, preparing clear reports, and contributing to client presentations and publications. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, or engineering; an MBA is an advantage. At least five years of experience constructing and reviewing valuation and financial models—including DCF, comparable company, stock option, and intangible asset models—is required. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, able to prioritize work in a collaborative team environment, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is beneficial.
