Associate Vice President, Compliance Change Management, Center of Excellence Greater Manila, Philippines Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for a Compliance Change Management Center of Excellence. The role supports global compliance and governance functions by overseeing business-as-usual change management, portfolio reporting, management information, and governance for operating model, automation, and AI-enabled workflow initiatives. Responsibilities include developing standardized frameworks and reporting, coordinating planning and resources, tracking milestones, and providing insights on progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. The successful candidate will also maintain governance and quality standards, identify control gaps, coordinate mitigations and escalations, and work with global stakeholders to support sustainable operational practices. Candidates should have significant project-management experience delivering change or transformation initiatives within Compliance or another second-line function, along with knowledge of the global regulatory environment. Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and control-framework skills are required, as is the ability to manage risks and deliver to tight deadlines. The role calls for excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex topics and engage senior stakeholders.
