Associate Vice President, Government Affairs Senior Operations Associate Greater Miami, FL Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Government Affairs Senior Operations Associate to support global operational risk and controls activities. Responsibilities include coordinating budgets, invoices, third-party oversight, sponsorship governance, public disclosures, records management, and control assessments, as well as responding to stakeholder inquiries. The Associate will help ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable lobbying, campaign finance, and related regulations; advise stakeholders on operational processes and control requirements; and identify, assess, and escalate risks. The role also involves analyzing performance trends and recommending improvements to efficiency, governance, and risk management. Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience supporting compliance, risk, and control operations in a government affairs or public policy function within a highly regulated organization. A bachelor’s degree is required, along with strong client service and administrative skills, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI applications are expected. Successful candidates will demonstrate sound political risk judgment, ownership, collaboration, and the ability to deliver accurate work with limited supervision.
