Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Greater Miami, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic leadership and oversight of a hospital’s financial operations and performance. The CFO will advise executive leadership on financial strategy, service development, resource allocation, and investment priorities, while overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and scenario planning. Responsibilities include stewarding operating and capital resources, optimizing revenue cycle performance, ensuring financial integrity and regulatory compliance, and supporting internal controls. The role also requires close collaboration with clinical, operational, board, and finance stakeholders, as well as developing talent and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Candidates should hold a master’s degree, with a CPA strongly preferred, and have at least 10 years of financial leadership experience in a complex healthcare environment, such as a safety-net or academic health system. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic, operational, and financial acumen, along with a record of building high-performing teams and promoting accountability, resilience, and excellence.
