Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking an experienced financial leader to advise a roster of clients on financial performance and decision-making. Responsibilities include leading monthly one-on-one strategy sessions, analyzing financial statements, KPIs, profitability, and cash flow, and building and interpreting financial dashboards. The role also involves preparing short-term cash flow forecasts, identifying financial risks, and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations. The successful candidate will coach clients in developing stronger financial habits and accountability. Candidates should have controller-level or senior accounting and finance experience, with strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting, KPI management, and dashboard development. A track record of improving profitability, cash flow, or expenses is required, along with experience managing teams or client relationships. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly are essential. Small-business or entrepreneurial experience is preferred, while professional services or law firm experience is an advantage.
