Vice President, Global Procurement, Vendor Compliance & Governance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Procurement, Vendor Compliance & Governance to build and lead an enterprise-wide vendor governance and compliance framework. The role will set procurement strategy, lead strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations, and establish policies, controls, and accountability standards for third-party relationships. Responsibilities include overseeing vendor due diligence, onboarding, performance monitoring, risk escalation, and compliance reporting, while partnering with Finance, Legal, and business functions. The Vice President will also lead the Procurement and Fleet teams, oversee fleet strategy and operations, and support compliance reviews and investigations. Candidates should have 15 or more years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor governance, third-party risk, or corporate compliance, including experience leading procurement teams, and hold a bachelor’s degree. Required expertise includes procurement and sourcing, internal controls, policy development, vendor risk, and procure-to-pay processes, including SOX requirements. A demonstrated record of achieving savings through sourcing and negotiations, building enterprise-wide governance frameworks, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders is essential. Strong leadership, mentoring, decision-making, and judgment in identifying and escalating risk are also required; experience in beverage or consumer packaged goods and relevant professional certifications are preferred.
