Vice President of Product Management Remote (anywhere in United States) + 3 more

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to own the product strategy and roadmap for complex power systems serving data centers. The role will translate customer and market insights into prioritized requirements, business cases, pricing inputs, and launch plans, while partnering with engineering, sales, marketing, and program teams to guide products from development through delivery. Responsibilities include assessing technical feasibility and certification needs, balancing customer-specific requests against standardized offerings, and establishing scalable product management processes. The VP will build and lead a small team while remaining hands-on in roadmap development, customer engagement, and external representation. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience, along with 10+ years in product management and at least five years in product leadership. Significant experience with complex electrical hardware, systems, or mission-critical infrastructure is required, as is a record of bringing technical products to market and managing multi-product roadmaps. Applicants should bring strong commercial judgment, technical fluency, and familiarity with data center power needs, relevant standards and certification pathways, and full product lifecycle management. Experience with UPS or critical power systems, product management tools, and high-growth environments is valuable; an MBA is not required.
