Head of Transformation

The Company is seeking a Head of Transformation to lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team and oversee the strategy, roadmap, execution, and results of a major transformation initiative. The role involves translating business goals into technology initiatives, setting priorities and timelines, and removing technical, operational, and organizational barriers to delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams to integrate AI agents into sales processes, lead organizational change, and build collaboration across technical and commercial functions. They will also develop a scalable operating model and progressively expand AI-managed activity while maintaining quality, reliability, and economic sustainability. Candidates should have experience in a senior leadership role, such as General Manager, COO, Business Unit Director, or Head of Transformation, preferably in a digital or technology-focused environment. A strong record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering transformations with measurable business results is required. Applicants should understand AI technologies and be able to lead technical teams without necessarily being development specialists. Familiarity with sales processes, telesales, conversion funnels, and KPIs is important, along with strong analytical skills, a hands-on, results-oriented approach, and the ability to engage stakeholders and manage organizational resistance.
