Vice President, Strategic Account Sales Remote (anywhere in United States) + 2 more

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Account Sales to build and lead a global enterprise sales organization. The role owns commercial performance across a portfolio of strategic customers and prospects, including acquisition, retention, expansion, recurring-revenue growth, profitability, pipeline, and forecasting. The leader will develop account and pursuit strategies, strengthen executive relationships, and shift engagement toward consultative, value-based partnerships. Responsibilities also include recruiting and developing account leaders, guiding complex negotiations, coordinating cross-functional teams around customer plans, and establishing consistent sales processes and performance standards. Candidates should have experience leading global enterprise sales teams in a recurring-revenue B2B software environment and a record of scaling teams to deliver measurable growth through acquisition, expansion, and retention. They should bring expertise in multi-year strategies for complex multinational accounts, executive-level sales cycles and negotiations, CRM-based reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management. Strong collaborative leadership and the ability to influence cross-functional partners are essential. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required; experience in strategic account management, value selling, and relevant sales methodologies or tools is an advantage.
