The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and sales support. This role involves close collaboration with operations, sales, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze processes and data, and deliver automation that meets the company's standards. Key responsibilities include managing automation initiatives, producing management information, and ensuring that automation aligns with the company's focus on responsible practices, data quality, and information security. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a graduate degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline, with a strong background in capital markets, financial products, asset management, and mutual fund operations. The role requires proficiency in automation tools, Python, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and dashboard development, as well as a structured approach to process design and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a continuous-improvement mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical automation solutions.
