Associate Vice President, HR Business Partner Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business priorities and strengthen organizational effectiveness and leadership capabilities. The role partners with senior leaders to advise on workforce and talent decisions, lead organization design and workforce planning, and support restructuring and change initiatives. Responsibilities include driving talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, retention, and leadership development. The successful candidate will also guide employee relations matters, support compensation and HR governance, and use workforce analytics to inform decisions and improve organizational outcomes. Candidates should hold an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline and have significant HR business partnering experience, ideally in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Strong experience advising senior leaders and managing complex stakeholder relationships is required, along with expertise in workforce planning, organization design, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement. Applicants should understand compensation processes, employee relations, HR policies, and employment compliance, and have experience leading change and talent retention initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
