The Company is in search of a Vice President for PMO and Change Management within the Investment Bank Divisional Data Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of the Divisional Data Officer's (DDO) responsibilities and the broader data management agenda. This senior role demands hands-on leadership in enterprise data management, data governance, data quality, and related areas. The Vice President will work across business, operations, technology, and control functions to embed sustainable processes, clear ownership, and effective governance. Key responsibilities include maintaining oversight of material data assets, leading data quality and risk management, and ensuring compliance with data management standards. The role also involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional governance initiatives. Applicants must have significant experience in enterprise data management, data governance, data quality, or data risk management within a global financial institution. A strong understanding of DDO/DDS responsibilities, data management operating models, and experience with data governance frameworks is essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of influencing senior executives, leading governance forums, and driving outcomes in complex organizations. Knowledge of investment banking data domains and experience with governance platforms like Collibra is advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be adept at operating with a strategic and analytical mindset.
