Interim Senior Director, Site Master Planning Greater Muscat, Oman Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Director for Site Master Planning to lead the end-to-end process for large-scale, multi-venue mega events. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the client's high-level vision into a comprehensive implementation plan, encompassing venue footprint, infrastructure, resources, and timelines. This role involves heading a large multidisciplinary planning team, allocating work, and ensuring delivery is on track. The Senior Director will also be hands-on in developing masterplans, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and visitor journeys, as well as running various studies to shape the best solution for each site. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' relevant experience and have personally produced venue master planning and end-to-end visitor journeys. The role requires a trusted advisor who can integrate the diverse requirements of marketing, sponsorship, talent, media, and operations into a cohesive site plan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least two complete delivery cycles of events of comparable scale, including mega-events and multi-venue sporting events. Stakeholder integration across various domains is essential, and the position may involve a long-term contract with the possibility of remote work.
