Assistant Executive Director of Clinical Services

The Company is seeking an Assistant Executive Director of Clinical Services to oversee the clinical direction, operations, and quality of its licensed and designated programs. Responsibilities include leading clinical staffing, supervision, and professional development; advancing evidence-based and culturally responsive care; and guiding clinical training programs. The role also involves improving service delivery through quality initiatives, performance measures, and health-record systems, while coordinating with internal leaders, regulators, payers, and community stakeholders. The successful candidate will help shape program development and ensure services remain effective and responsive to client needs. A licensed psychologist is preferred, though candidates with another full mental health license may be considered. Applicants should have at least 10 years of clinical experience, including five or more years in supervisory or leadership roles. Strong team leadership, organization, relationship-building, and project management skills are required, including the ability to deliver work on time and within budget. Experience administering licensed programs is preferred, and bilingual ability is an asset.
