Chief of Staff

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff/Investment Strategist to join their team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting business development, including the preparation of investor presentation materials, conducting market research, and fostering relationships with investors. This role also involves close collaboration with the CEO on both internal and external communications, as well as managing and responding to various investment-related requests. The Chief of Staff/Investment Strategist will be expected to have a strong background in investor relations or product specialist roles within the asset management or hedge fund industry, with a focus on quant finance, the systematic investment process, and portfolio solutions. Applicants for the Chief of Staff/Investment Strategist position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant role and hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. The role requires exceptional analytical and Excel skills, a strong understanding of quant finance, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership. Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Dynamo, is also a plus. The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious, with a keen interest in the growth and success of the firm, and will be involved in various strategic initiatives to contribute to the company's long-term goals.
