Executive Director

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its New Jersey Innovation Hub. The successful candidate will be a key figure in providing strategic and operational leadership, with a focus on building a vibrant innovation community that supports the success of member companies. This role involves overseeing site operations, member experience, programming, ecosystem engagement, and business growth. The Executive Director will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders, driving day-to-day operations, and managing a team to ensure the Incubator meets the needs of its members. Operational oversight, including budget management and facility operations, is also a critical aspect of the position. Applicants for the Executive Director role at the company's New Jersey Innovation Hub should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, science, engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in program management, preferably within an incubator, accelerator, or startup environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the life sciences and deep tech sectors, with a focus on early-stage startups, and possess an understanding of the biotech industry. Key qualifications include experience in business development or sales, excellent project management skills, and exceptional communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities. The role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
