Executive Director, Corporate Strategy

The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Corporate Strategy to help shape its enterprise strategy and long-term growth agenda. The role leads key parts of the annual strategy process, develops recommendations for complex business questions, and translates market, consumer, competitive, and financial insights into clear priorities for senior leadership. The Executive Director also leads cross-functional strategic initiatives from problem definition through implementation, aligning stakeholders, tracking progress, and advising on risks, trade-offs, and investment choices. In addition, the role develops strategy talent and strengthens the capabilities and influence of the corporate strategy function. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree; an MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred. They should bring 8–10 or more years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, transformation, corporate development, consulting, or a related field, including at least 3–5 years at a top-tier consulting firm. Experience leading enterprise-level initiatives, advising senior executives, and developing high-performing teams in a large, global organization is required; consumer-facing industry experience is preferred. Key capabilities include strategic and financial acumen, analytical problem-solving, executive communication, stakeholder influence, sound judgment, and strong people leadership.
