Experienced Vice President, Investment Banking, Financial Institutions Group (FIG) Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking an experienced Vice President in investment banking to support financial institutions clients across banking, specialty finance, financial technology, and insurance. Responsibilities include analyzing markets and companies, identifying advisory and financing opportunities, and developing strategic presentations and transaction pitches. The role leads day-to-day execution of mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt financings, including financial analysis, due diligence, transaction materials, and coordination with clients and legal advisers. The Vice President also presents recommendations to senior client executives, builds client relationships, and mentors junior colleagues. Candidates should have 6–9 years of relevant investment banking experience and a bachelor’s degree. Professional experience in financial modeling and valuation is required, along with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication. The role calls for maturity and confidence working with senior executives, effective project and process management, strong organization, and the initiative to work with limited supervision.
