Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking an Interim CFO / Strategic Finance Consultant to partner with executive leadership during a key planning period. The consultant will lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning process, develop bottoms-up revenue forecasts, and improve forecast accuracy and financial visibility. Responsibilities include building sustainable budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing revenue drivers and client retention, establishing meaningful KPIs, and translating financial data into actionable recommendations. The role also involves enhancing financial models and reporting tools, advising on financial and operational performance, and mentoring the finance and FP&A function. Candidates should have experience as a CFO or in a comparable senior finance leadership role, with strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning. Experience developing bottoms-up revenue forecasts and operating plans, partnering directly with executive leadership, and working hands-on while providing strategic guidance is required. Background in professional services or agency environments is preferred, along with familiarity with recurring, retainer-based, and project revenue models. NetSuite experience and strong communication skills are also preferred.
