Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and operations across a diverse, multi-entity organization. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, investment valuations, cash flow, tax planning, and compliance across jurisdictions. The CFO will manage banking and investment transactions, support real estate financial reporting, and coordinate insurance activities, trust distributions, and family loans. The role also includes overseeing payroll and personnel administration, providing financial analysis for strategic decisions, and improving operational efficiency. Candidates must hold a CPA credential; an advanced tax degree is preferred. Applicants should have at least 15 years of financial leadership experience, with 20 years preferred, and expertise in investment partnerships, securities, real estate finance, and multi-entity reporting, including tax schedules and information returns. Strong financial modeling skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency are required. The ideal candidate is an ethical, strategic leader with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage complex workflows and seasonal demands.
