Senior Vice President, Business Unit Group Manager Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Business Unit Group Manager to oversee administrative and operational activities for a business unit. Responsibilities include driving operational, reporting, and quality improvements; managing financial controls and monitoring business performance; and coordinating technology, staffing, risk, regulatory, and administrative matters. The role also oversees vendor management, milestone and other reporting processes, headcount and resource changes, and real estate planning. The successful candidate will partner with technology leadership on people and communications strategies while promoting compliance, sound risk management, and accountability. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in complex, global environments with multiple stakeholders, along with management experience, preferably in financial services. Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology, demonstrated team leadership, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure are required. Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
