The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, to build and maintain client relationships and lead investor relations and financial communications programs. The role serves as a trusted advisor, shaping client strategy in response to changing business and market conditions and translating financial analysis, research, and business priorities into clear recommendations. Responsibilities include directing client engagements, developing tailored strategies, and advising on financial performance, market expectations, and reputation. The Senior Vice President will also collaborate with senior colleagues and multidisciplinary teams to address client needs and deliver high-quality work. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience; an MBA or CFA is preferred. Buy-side, sell-side, or in-house investor relations experience is valued, alongside strong financial acumen and expertise in capital markets, accounting, financial modeling, reporting, disclosures, and shareholder activism. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to make complex financial and strategic topics accessible, and sound judgment in anticipating market reactions. Strong client relationship management, executive presence, leadership, and the ability to develop and execute integrated strategies are essential.
