Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management

The Company is seeking a senior portfolio management leader with P&L accountability for a large, multiline property and casualty portfolio. The role focuses on driving profitable growth by managing portfolio health, new business, pricing, rate and retention strategies, and account retention. Responsibilities include setting priorities, allocating team resources, establishing consistent operating processes, and overseeing decision-making through analysis, implementation, and measurement. The leader will ensure timely execution and clear reporting, while collaborating across business and analytics teams to align data, insights, and portfolio actions. Candidates should have at least 10 years of technical underwriting and portfolio management experience in the insurance industry, along with a track record of managing a profitable portfolio. The role requires advanced analytical skills to identify portfolio risks and opportunities and translate findings into effective actions. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to foster collaboration and influence partners at all levels.
