Senior Vice President, Reps & Warranties Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President to support the execution of representations and warranties insurance placements for corporate and private equity clients. The role involves leading and partnering with junior brokers throughout deal execution, from initial client intake through transaction signing and closing. Responsibilities include preparing analyses for clients, insurance carrier meetings, and internal discussions, as well as contributing to long-term team initiatives. The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with clients, carrier partners, and colleagues while supporting complex transactions. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; a degree in finance, accounting, economics, computer science, or a related field is preferred, and a Juris Doctorate is required. Relevant finance, accounting, or data analytics coursework or internship experience is also expected. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, are required, along with effective presentation, reporting, and interpersonal abilities. Applicants should be organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize competing tasks, and comfortable working collaboratively or independently; they must also be able to obtain a broker’s license within 90 days of employment.
