Vice President, Data & AI, Financial Services Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to build and scale its Data & AI consulting business serving financial services clients, particularly in banking and insurance. The role includes shaping business strategy and offerings, developing senior client relationships, originating and selling consulting engagements, and leading large-scale transformation programs. The successful candidate will advise executive leaders on enterprise Data & AI strategies that align business goals with regulatory, risk, technology, and operating model requirements. They will also contribute to business development, practice growth, talent development, and industry thought leadership. Candidates should have senior-level Data, AI, and analytics consulting experience in financial services, deep banking and/or insurance expertise, and strong executive relationships. A proven record of selling and delivering large transformation programs in regulated environments, along with experience defining enterprise strategies and navigating risk frameworks, is required. Applicants should understand emerging AI trends, including generative AI, advanced analytics, and automation, and be effective in complex, matrixed organizations. Strong commercial judgment, executive presence, collaborative leadership, and the ability to develop high-performing teams are essential.
