Associate Vice President, Treasury Middle Office

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President to support treasury and middle-office operations across trade, repo, derivatives, settlements, and liquidity activities. Responsibilities include managing trade lifecycles, monitoring settlements, resolving breaks and fails, coordinating with counterparties and service providers, and serving as a liaison between trading and operations teams. The role also covers collateral and payment processing, daily P&L reporting, cash reconciliation, liquidity forecasting, and maintaining procedures and documentation. The successful candidate will contribute to projects and provide formal or informal team leadership. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and at least eight years of relevant experience in investment operations or a similar environment. Strong fixed-income operations and settlement experience, particularly with repos and derivatives, is required; treasury operations, cash management, and liquidity forecasting experience are preferred. Applicants should bring advanced Excel skills, technical aptitude, and a solid understanding of funding and capital markets. Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
