Associate Vice President, Deal Management, Private Markets

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Deal Management to support private market investments across equity, credit, funds, and real assets. The role will coordinate investment closings with internal and external stakeholders, advise on deal execution and the operational feasibility of investment structures, and manage workstreams for investments and divestments. Responsibilities include supporting portfolio onboarding and offboarding, partnering with treasury and operations teams on funding, liquidity, credit, and hedging needs, and ensuring operational readiness and compliance. The successful candidate will also contribute to global transformation initiatives and improve workflows through technology-enabled solutions. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field; a CPA qualification is preferred. At least five years of experience in deal finance advisory and transaction management is required, along with a strong understanding of private investment closing mechanics and investment structuring. The role calls for excellent organization and time management, effective stakeholder partnership, and proactive problem-solving. Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional, multicultural environments is highly desirable.
