Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead its global finance function and build the systems, reporting, controls, and operating processes needed to support continued growth. The role partners with executive leadership on long-range financial planning, owns FP&A and board reporting, and oversees global accounting, tax, statutory reporting, and auditor relationships. Responsibilities include modernizing finance workflows, optimizing working capital and revenue recognition, supporting capital allocation, fundraising, and M&A, and leading a finance team and external partners. The successful candidate will provide clear, actionable financial guidance to leadership, investors, and other stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 10 years of finance experience, including three or more years leading a global finance and accounting function, and experience in high-growth, founder-led technology companies. Strong FP&A, financial modeling, enterprise software metrics, and technical accounting expertise are required, including revenue recognition, multi-entity consolidation, and audit management. The role also calls for international experience with cross-border tax and treasury, and a record of improving finance operations through systems, automation, or AI. Candidates should be hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity, and effective with executive and technical stakeholders; digital asset experience is an advantage.
