Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead and scale its U.S. finance operations. This hands-on leadership role spans accounting, financial reporting, shared services, internal controls, systems, and acquisition integration. Responsibilities include overseeing financial close and consolidation, managing audits and technical accounting matters, and supporting project accounting, job costing, and work-in-progress processes. The VP will drive systems and process improvements, partner with senior leadership on financial performance and decision-making, and build a scalable finance organization. Candidates should have at least eight years of progressive accounting or finance experience, significant leadership and team-management experience, and strong expertise in controllership, financial close, consolidation, reporting, U.S. GAAP, and internal controls. Experience with finance systems transformation and acquisition integration is required, along with strong business partnership and executive communication skills. A hands-on, high-ownership leadership style is essential. A CPA or public accounting background, project-based industry experience, and experience in multi-entity or shared-services environments are preferred.
