The Company is seeking a President to provide strategic, financial, and organizational leadership for a geographically dispersed, multispecialty physician and ambulatory care network. The role includes setting and executing long-range strategy, overseeing operational and financial performance, and advancing patient access, clinical quality, workforce strength, and organizational effectiveness. The President will partner with physician leaders and senior executives, guide network development and provider workforce planning, and promote integrated, patient-centered care. Responsibilities also include building an accountable leadership team, leading organizational change, ensuring compliance and risk oversight, and representing the organization with community and professional stakeholders. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in healthcare administration, hospital administration, business administration, or a closely related field. At least 10 years of progressively responsible administrative leadership experience is required, including five or more years in healthcare with substantial exposure to physician clinic operations and management. Applicants should demonstrate success leading complex strategies, multisite operations, financial performance, physician relationships, and senior teams. Essential capabilities include strong financial and analytical acumen, knowledge of ambulatory care and physician practice management, and exceptional communication, judgment, relationship-building, and change leadership skills.
