Vice President, Subaccounting Product Analyst Greater Orlando, FL Area

The Company is seeking a VP, Subaccounting Product Analyst to join their Fund & Investor Solutions team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of subaccounting by driving the delivery of capabilities to support new product structures, create operational scale, manage business risk, and enhance the end-user experience. This position requires a professional with a strong background in financial services, particularly in the areas of mutual funds, 529 plans, and other structured products. The role involves working closely with both external and internal clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather functional requirements, and define solution design. The VP, Subaccounting Product Analyst will also be responsible for supporting market intelligence activities, competitor tracking, and go-to-market planning, as well as assisting with regulatory and policymaker engagement. To be successful in this role, candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 5 years in the financial services industry, and a background as a product, product, or systems analyst. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to contribute to innovative product development, and experience in transfer agency or subaccounting fund management/operations are highly valued. The role requires a professional with a proactive approach, the ability to work in an Agile environment, and a background in operations, product, or engineering roles in fund servicing. Experience in the funds industry and a background in applying AI in product development or operations are also desirable.
