The Company is in search of a Vice President to lead strategic delivery and business execution within the Treasury Group. The successful candidate will be a key partner to various stakeholders, including product, engineering, operations, data management, risk, and treasury, to ensure the delivery of critical business priorities and the advancement of governance initiatives. This role demands a professional with a strong background in business execution, program delivery, and a deep understanding of governance, controls, data management, and business process improvement. The Vice President will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into measurable outcomes, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving the delivery of complex initiatives that support the evolving business, regulatory, and operational objectives of the Treasury. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in relevant disciplines and a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within large-scale financial services organizations.
