Managing Director

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Construction and Civil Engineering business area. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the international industrial business, with a focus on strategic and operational management, sales, and business development. This role involves overseeing profit units in multiple countries, managing a team of 25 employees, and working to double the business's turnover by 2029. Key responsibilities include general management, sales management, and the further development of the company's market position and culture. The ideal candidate will have a higher education in technical subjects or economics, solid commercial experience, and a proven track record in sales management, particularly in an international and dealer distribution context.
