Vice President of Enterprise Technology Greater Pensacola, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Technology to lead enterprise technology operations and ensure the availability, performance, security, and integrity of systems, applications, data, networks, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing production support, core processing operations, service-level agreements, incident response, change control, disaster recovery, audits, and vendor relationships. The role also oversees technology teams, budgets, assets, process improvement, and implementation of system changes, while partnering with senior leadership and business teams to deliver the strategic technology roadmap. The VP will ensure technology services meet operational, cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory requirements. Candidates should have five to eight years of experience in a similar role, including progressive leadership or management experience; experience in a financial institution is preferred. Required technical knowledge includes core processing systems, SQL databases, scripting, directory services, virtualization, server administration, networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and telecommunications. A bachelor’s degree, recognized equivalent certifications, or an additional five years of relevant experience is required; a master’s degree is a plus. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and resource-management skills are essential, along with knowledge of IT service management and the ability to lead change, incident, asset, vendor, and disaster recovery programs.
