Responsibilities include growing and overseeing a lending portfolio, identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities, and serving as the primary client contact throughout the lending process. The role involves coordinating with credit and relationship teams on underwriting and loan closings, monitoring credit quality and repayments, and managing delinquent accounts. The successful candidate will also provide financial guidance to clients, contribute to revenue growth, and participate in community activities. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, along with at least five years of business lending experience at a commercial or community financial institution.
