Associate Vice President, Finance Operations Greater Philadelphia, PA Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Finance Operations to oversee assigned enterprise financial systems, applications, and vendor relationships in partnership with finance and senior leadership. The role drives strategy and performance improvement across the enterprise, leads system integration and optimization projects, and evaluates and manages vendors. Responsibilities also include providing strategic financial guidance, leading operating budgets, forecasts, capital and long-range planning, and monitoring financial and operational performance. The successful candidate will support investment and growth decisions through financial analysis and serve as a finance lead for reporting and decision-support platforms. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, technology, or healthcare; leadership experience in these areas is preferred. An MBA is preferred. Required qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience integrating general ledger systems with other platforms, such as payroll and budgeting systems.
