Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director/Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the complete administration of a retirement community. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; serving as a public relations liaison with the surrounding community; managing budgets; and overseeing the facility’s physical plant and daily services for residents. The role also directs the daily administration of healthcare services and works under the authority of the governing board and executive leadership. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a management role within a retirement community or similar setting; experience as a Nursing Home Administrator is preferred. A current Nursing Home Administrator license is required. Applicants should also demonstrate progressively increasing supervisory and budgetary responsibility in a continuing care retirement community setting.
